This retreat is for regular members of Triratna South East Buddhist Group (from the Hastings, Eastbourne and Tunbridge Wells Sanghas). It is not suitable for beginners or anyone under the age of 18. If you are new to meditation or to Triratna we suggest you take a look at the retreats offered by Rivendell Retreat Centre.
The retreat price includes all your food, accommodation and teaching for the weekend.

Please be aware that most people will be in (single sex) shared rooms.
